The parts selection was okay overall. I found some of what I needed, but a few accessories were out of stock, which was a little annoying. I guess that happens, especially when you’re in the middle of trying to finish something and then suddenly you’re thinking about whether to wait or look somewhere else...

I’ve been happy with my Jamis so far. I haven’t put a ton of miles on it yet, so I can’t say too much long-term, but overall it feels like a solid bike. Setup did take a little tweaking, though nothing too frustrating.

We've been working with Jamis through our shop, it's been smooth so far. Orders show up correctly, parts info is easy to track down, and our rep actually gets back to us — which, as anyone in a shop knows, is not always a given. No real complaints at this point.

The bike showed up packed really well, and putting it together wasn’t bad at all. I did have to mess with the brakes a little to get them right, but it wasn’t a big deal. It rides good now, so yeah

I’ve been riding this bike for months now, it’s been a total champ. Rough roads, bumps, random little disasters in the pavement, it just takes them on like it’s nothing. It still feels solid and tight, which is kind of shocking in the best way.

I’ve had my Jamis bike for a few weeks now, and overall I’m happy with it. The ride feels really comfortable, even on some rougher paths with little cracks, bumps, and loose gravel. The seat took a bit of adjusting at first — I probably moved it up and down a few too many times, honestly — but once I got it in the right spot, it felt much better. It’s not absolutely perfect, but the little details like the smooth handling and how steady it feels make it a solid bike for me. I’d give it 4 stars

The warranty team was really helpful and they was able to get my issue fixed without any hassle. made the whole thing way easier than I expected.

The frame itself is nice. It has a clean, solid look without being too flashy, and the welds and overall shape seem perfectly decent for the price. I also do appreciate the standover clearance, which is one of the things I liked right away.
That said, the geometry just felt a bit awkward to me, unfortunately. The front end sits a little more upright than I expected, and the bike didn’t feel as lively or natural as I was hoping. It’s not a terrible frame by any means, but it’s a little frustrating because it’s close to being great, just not quite right for my riding

I don’t know, maybe I’m missing something, but this just didn’t feel worth the price. For what you get, it seems a bit too expensive, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that it’s marked up more than it should be...

I do like the frame, and overall the bike rides fine, but some of the parts feel a little cheap. The brakes needed adjusting almost immediately, which felt unnecessary right out of the box, and the shifter started feeling rough after just a few rides. For what it costs, I was expecting better components. It’s not a bad bike, but I’m a bit disappointed

I ordered the bike and figured it would take a while, since deliveries around my area can be kind of hit or miss, especially when it rains. But it showed up sooner than I thought, the box was in good shape, and the tracking updates were easy to follow. No hassle at all.

They were friendly and actually answered my question instead of sending some copy-paste response, which I really appreciated. It kinda made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. I’d definitely order again
